Donald Trump and Eric Schneiderman have had a tense relationship for a long time. Years.

A new story has broken out in the media about two women having been 'sexually victimized' by the ex Attorney General. Their stories date back to 2012-2013 when their lawyer, Peter J Gleason thought it would be a good idea to convey his clients' vicissitudes to Donald Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen  back then. And this is where things become murky. What were Gleason's intentions to pass on this information to Cohen for Donald Trump? It does not sound like this man gives a fuck about the #metoo movement. According to this article, Peter Gleason swings 'right'. Sure, I have no evidence of Gleason's party affiliation as such, but I am 'deducing' it because of the photograph of him next to Sara Palin which features the caption 'Backstage with my old friend from Alaska, Sarah Palin.' No member of the Dem Party would describe Palin as a friend, surely? Here …

Eric Schneiderman is not a monster - he is just a very naughty boy

Before I went to bed last night, I read the article in the New Yorker where four women accuse Eric Schneiderman (the now ex-Attorney General of NY) of violence. I was disappointed to find out that he resigned a few hours after the news broke, but his reasons made sense. "In the last several hours, serious allegations, which I strongly contest, have been made against me. “While these allegations are unrelated to my professional conduct or the operations of the office, they will effectively prevent me from leading the office’s work at this critical time."

To me, the New Yorker piece screamed of BDSM used on people who weren't that familiar with it or its power dynamics. This was no 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' (a movie that's usually ridiculed by the BDSM community for being soccer mums' pap). It stands to reason that people without true insights or experience into this subculture would label these practices as 'violence against women'.
